之前說過會分享些家長面試要點. 以下家長面試/問卷問題, 一些是從網上找回來的. 一些是親身經歷的. 問題有了, 但最重要是父母要做功課, 要到學校網頁了解學校, 學校最近新聞, 思考學校如何match你小孩的性格和你們自己對小孩的期望. 最主要就是透過做Portfolio的過程, 多了解自己小朋友. 到了面試時才可以流利地回答問題.
還有, 父母預備答案時, 兩位都要有心理準備隨時回答問題. 因為很多時候, 老師會指明要爸爸或媽媽回答問題. 但最好都要分好工, 如果老師問問題而沒有指明誰答時, 就要知道誰先回答. 否則就可能會出現dead air! 那就不好了! 而我聽過有間男校, 老師就問爸爸有關親子時間安排, 問媽媽就有關她的工作! 所以有關親子的問題就只有媽媽懂得回答!
