美國有個推廣聽說讀寫能力的SAG基金會設立了一個叫Storyline Online的網站, 它提供了一些著名繪本的線上閱聽有聲影片推廣兒童閱讀。
這些影片由一些知名演藝人員，例如電視電影明星，老牌如Betty White、Mindy Sterling、Annette Bening，與年輕演員如Elijah Wood、Caitlin Wachs 等人擔任說故事人，結合繪本影像與戲劇性配音，以英文朗讀表演每一本作品的完整故事。
書籍項目包括《追追追！晚安吻》、《圖書館獅子》、《Guji Guji》、《好髒的哈利》、《星月》、《彩虹魚》、《威威找記憶》、《謝謝您，福柯老師！》、《條紋事件糟糕啦!》等，許多是台灣讀者所熟悉的作品。
由於每個故事人都是經驗的舞台表演者，他們說起故事特別有戲劇性，具吸引力。這些影片很適合老師或家長帶著孩子與學生聽故事，或學習英文時使用。
